PROJECT: 2020 Wrapped Experience

ROLE: UX Writer
WHAT TO KNOW: Global data powers this website. My goal was to wrap the data in a narrative that translated across multiple markets. This included writing (1) intro paragraphs for every audience and (2) evergreen copy that could support changing data points.

PROJECT: Instant Email Proofreading Tool
CLIENT: Grammarly

WHAT TO KNOW: Writing copy for a tool that gives human proofreaders access to your drafted email came with its challenges. The end result was conversational copy that reinforced privacy and guided customers through the experience.
PROJECT: Corporate Website Design System
CLIENT: AccuWeather
ROLE: Content Strategist
WHAT TO KNOW: This project followed a content-first approach to a design system. Working with a team of designers, I developed narratives to inform individual design components. As components were created, they were annotated with content guidelines and turned into a 100+ page content playbook.

WHAT TO KNOW: The important work isn’t always sexy. To help Bid Ops improve its automated procurement platform copy, I conducted a content audit (using a basic spreadsheet and Invision), recommended new copy, and developed an editorial style guide along the way.
